O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police to any other investigating agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner in Crime No.331 of 2021 for the offence under Section 448, 294(b), 384 & 506(1) I.P.C., after conducting proper investigation final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi and the copy has also been served on the petitioner.

3. At this Juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the copy of the final report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above said position, learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi as well as the respondent are directed to serve copies of the final report in Crime No.331 of 2021 on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On service of the final report, the petitioner shall challenge the final report in accordance with law if he is aggrieved.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
