This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30. A.M., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16464 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21990 of 2022 by order dated 03.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
