This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant an interim stay of operation of the impugned order of recovery in Se.Mu.Order No.C.3/7174/2019(1) dated 06.07.2023 issued by the second respondent, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

3. On a bare perusal of the records reveal that the impugned order has been passed way back in the year 2023 and the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the same in the year 2026. Apart from that, the subject amount was already recovered by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid reasons, this Court is not in a position to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this Petition. Hence, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 04.02.2026 DP 2/3
