The learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing made a submission that several unnecessary allegations are raised against the petitioner. However, the petitioner has paid the tax dues and on account of efflux of time, further adjudication of those allegations became vanished.

2. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
