O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorari cum Mandamus to quash the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.4654/Aa2/2006 of the First Respondent dated 26.11.2006 and consequently direct the Respondent to promote the Petitioner as B.T. Assistant. 2.At the hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was subsequently promoted to the Post of Middle School Headmaster with effect from 05.11.2007 and that he is likely to attain superannuation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this year. He further submits that he may be permitted to submit a representation to the First Respondent for consideration of his case for promotion with effect from 25.11.2006 so as to avail of attendant and consequential benefits.

3.The learned counsel for the First Respondent is agreeable to consider the said representation and pass orders thereon. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Petitioner to submit a representation to the First Respondent in relation to his promotion and other benefits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt thereof, the First Respondent shall consider the said representation and pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter after providing an opportunity to the Petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
