M/S.Tci Distribution Centers v. The Official Liquidator

C.P.No.69 of 2015 P.T.ASHA.,J.

In compliance with the order dated 29.07.2015 in Comp.A.822 of 2015 in Comp.P.No.69 of 2015, the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras. This is towards the claim of Rs.6,97,500/- claimed by the petitioner herein. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.3 lakhs, which has been deposited.
