Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.6196/2020 dated 12.10.2020 in Crl.OP.No.11609/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6196 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11609 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.6196 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11609 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
