This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1012 of 2023 vide order dated 19.01.2023, the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand only) to the credit of the Society for the Educational and Economic Development (SEED) Reg Sriperumbudur A/c No.2926101000002 Canara Bank Sriperumbudur IFSC CNRB002926 Cell No.9944812053 as a non refundable deposit instead of the condition the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Credit of the Society of Educational and Economic Development Canara Bank Sriperumbudur A/C No.2926101000002 Canara Bank Sriperumbudur IFSC CNRB0002926, Cell No.9944812053 as a non refundable deposit

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the said condition is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of the Society for the Educational and Economic Development (SEED) Reg Sriperumbudur A/c No.2926101000002 Canara Bank Sriperumbudur IFSC CNRB002926 Cell No.9944812053 as a non refundable deposit, within a period of two weeks Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
