JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree of the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Madras in A.S.No.249 of 2003 dated 20.07.2004 against O.S.No.5355 of 1992 on the file of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Madras dated 27.02.2002.
