During the earlier hearing on 25.07.2019 this Court passed the following order:- "Mr. A. Kumar, Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. J. Purushothaman, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, submits that
the Assistant Director, Siddha Central Research Institute has sent a letter dated 08.04.2019 requesting the Petitioner to provide further details and documents to carry out the analysis of the invention claimed to have been made by him, which has not been furnished till date.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to implead the Assistant Director, Siddha Central Research Institute as Respondent in the Writ Petition, within two weeks.
Post the matter on 26.09.2019."

When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.12 a.m. as well as at 2.48 p.m. 3.
It is represented by the Learned Additional Advocate General that the Petitioner has not complied with the requirements as sought by the Assistant Director, Siddha Central Research Institute in letter dated 08.04.2019 and that he has not taken any steps to implead the Assistant Director, Siddha Central Research Institute till today.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
