O R D E R

The petitioner filed the present Writ Petition challenging the order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal dated 15.03.2004 (for brevity STAT) on the contention that there was a statutory ban for renewal of permit and objected for granting renewal of permit in favour of the third respondent. Despite objections, the first respondent decided in favour of the individual, namely the third respondent, against which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present writ petition is filed. While entertaining the writ petition, this Court did not pass any interim order and hence after a lapse of 15 years, I do not find lis pending for adjudication. It also appears that the third respondent had managed to obtain further renewals of permit without any interruption. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
