WP.No.15079/2011: Writ petition praying to writ of writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for all the relevant records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent herein vide his proceedings Govt. Letter No.39631/M1/2011 dated 15.4.2011 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondent to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216 Finance (PC) Department dated 22.3.1993 and accordingly award selection/Special Grade scale of pay with effect from 1.6.1988 and revise Pensionary benefits and pay arrears to the petitioner.
WP.No.18895/2012: Writ petition praying to writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent herein vide his proceedings Govt. Letter No.39631/M1/2011 dated 15.4.2011 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to Extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216 Finance (PC) Department dated 22.3.1993 and accordingly award Special Grade Elementary School Head Master Pay Scale with Effect from 1.6.1988 and revise Pensionary benefits and the consequential pay arrears to the petitioner.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant writ appeals arise out of the orders dated 23.07.2012 and 23.04.2012 passed in W.P. Nos.18895 of 2012 and 15079 of 2011 respectively.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants fairly submits that in view of the common judgment dated 04.02.2015 rendered in W.A. Nos.352 of 2014, etc. batch, wherein, the question of law involved was one and the same as involved in the
instant appeals, the instant appeals also may be disposed of in the same terms.
We have gone through the aforesaid common judgment and accordingly, we dismiss the instant appeals in terms of the aforestated common judgment. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
