This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P. No.17085 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.28757 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P. No.17085 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.28757 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024, is 2/4
