COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of the respondent in proceedings DII/Tut/SSPL/81/08 and DII/Tut/VSC/81/08 both dated 02.09.2008 and further quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent both dated 02.09.2008 against the respective petitioners.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioners have given their representations both dated 15.11.2019 to the respondent corporation seeking for renewal of lease. According to her, the said representations were duly considered by the letters of the respondent both dated 14.01.2020 and the respondent has agreed to renew the lease subject to the fulfilment of certain terms and conditions mentioned in the said letters.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also produced the copies of the letters dated 14.01.2020 sent by the respondent to the respective petitioners agreeing to renew the lease.
4. In view of the letters dated 14.01.2020 issued to the respective petitioners by the respondent agreeing to renew the lease subject to the fulfilment of the certain terms and conditions mentioned in the letters, nothing survives for adjudication and these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
