ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation that is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police in Crime No.158 of 2019.

2.Mr.Purushothaman, Sub Inspector of Police was present at the time of hearing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Principal Sessions Court/Special Court, Salem in F.R.No.78 of 2020 on 16.06.2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Court below is yet to take cognizance of the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and there shall be a direction to the Special Court, Salem to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
