ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.01.2023 passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.73 of 2007 thereby directing the respondent to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the premises to the petitioner/landlord forthwith.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the respondent vacated and handed over the vacate possession of the premises to the petitioner/landlord.
