Respondents - - - - - The learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing A. No.327 of 2025. The said application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 16.12.2024 passed against the 5th and 6th (proposed defendants) respondents in A. No.4617 of 2024.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant. Accordingly, A. No.327 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for.

3. Some of the respondents in A. No.4617 of 2024 have not filed 1/3

their counter.

4. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the applicant / plaintiff will be filing an application seeking to amend the name of the 9th proposed respondent in A. No.4617 of 2024, i.e., from HDFC Ltd. to HDFC Bank Ltd.

5. Registry is directed to number the said application, once it is filed and if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date and list the matter on 26.02.2025.
