When the writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very same Rules were challenged and two of the writ petitions are pending before the Division Bench in WP No.16765/2017 and WP SR No.45918 of 2020.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to tag these two writ petitions also along with WP No.16765/2017 and WP SR No.45918 of 2020 and post it before the Division Bench after getting appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
