ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Justin Krithika, aged 18 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The detenue/daughter of the petitioner has moved Crl.O.P.No.20086 of 2018 seeking police protection. This Court, under orders dated 13.08.2018, has ordered as follows:- "4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the first respondent police and the first respondent is directed to call the parents of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and conduct an enquiry and ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner."

4. In the light of the above, no further order is necessary. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
