Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Every Monday at 10.30am and thereafter the petitioner direct to appear before the consider court and each and every hearing dated at 10.30am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7585 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11097 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3.
