O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Government Advocate states that the petitioners are already drawing more pay or equal pay while applying G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education Department, dated 10.9.2009. The said statement is taken on record.

3. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not received any such proceedings as of now. A copy of the said proceedings has now been served on the learned counsel for the petitioners. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for them to challenge the same in separate proceedings.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we close the contempt proceedings.
