Prayer in W.P.No.27273/2010 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the letter No.086170/G30/G301/2010-1 dated 20.09.2010 issued by the 2nd respondent, Chief Engineer/Personnel, rejecting the request of the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to grant the benefit of regular promotion to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer to the petitioner with appropriate pay and pension revision together with all the terminal and other attendant benefits. J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file review application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

"I may be permitted to withdraw the W.A.No.19/2015 with a liberty to file review application."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
