This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the Judgment in S.T.C. No.226 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Tiruchengode dated 19.03.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 250 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
