JUDGMENT
A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this Court shows that already several adjournments have been granted in the present Second Appeal at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant. In fact, on 22.02.2024, there is no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the appellant. The Second Appeal is of the year 2018 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.
2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
