..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in the possession notice dated 17.06.2004 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from in any manner interfering with the legitimate possession and enjoyment of the property being 6th and 7th floor of the building known as Janpriya Crest, Door No.96, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 along with undivided share in the land all the amenities, car parking and common areas, by the petitioner.
