Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ, calling for the records pertaining to G.O.Ms.No.99 dated 10.08.2006 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction and direct the respondents to allot a M.B.B.S seat to the petitioner without reference to regional reservation.
