ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.120, School Education Department, dated 3.6.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to fill up the posts of B.T. Assistants by promoting the qualified Secondary Grade Teachers who are working in the Educational Subordinate Service Rules, to the extent of 50% as per the Special Rules.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents state that the petitioner was promoted to the post of B.T. Assistant along with other Teachers and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
