Crl.M.P.No.1427 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25272 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25272 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

2.For the offence Under Sections 448, 341, 294 B, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, this Court has granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner on 22.12.2021 on condition that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30.a.m..

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has not complied the condition except appearing on two sundays. Thereafter, not reported before the respondent police.

4. Taking note of the fact that the petition is filed on 01.02.2022, however taken for hearing only on (today) i.e. 03.03.2022. The petitioner shall comply the condition and then come for relaxation.

5.In view of the above facts, the petition for relaxation for anticipatory bail condition is dismissed.
