This petition has been filed to order substituted service on the 2nd respondent by publication in any one issue of a Tamil News Daily circulated in 'Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the 2nd respondent by way of paper publication by mentioning the next date of hearing as 17.02.2025, in anyone of the most read Vernacular Daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 12.02.2025 and file a proof of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing proof of service, post on 17.02.2025.
