The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the writ petitioner has evicted from the Flat bearing Old No.B-6, New No.2/6, MIG Flats, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Ganga Nagar, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024 and handed over the possession to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
