The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 354, 147, 148, 506(ii) I.P.C. r/w Section 3(1)(r). 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities), Amendment Act, 2015 seek a direction to the learned I Additional Sessions (PCR) Court, Thanjavur to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No. 121 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned I Additional Sessions (PCR) Court, Thanjavur, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional Sessions (PCR) Court, Thanjavur to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
