Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the record relating to the auction-cumtender notification dated 22.04.2010 issued by the third respondent and quash the same so far it relates to paid toilet situated at Narayana Thottam, 2nd Lane, Ward No.20, Royapuram, Chennai forms part as item 18 in the tender bulletin issued by the second respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to renew the license in terms of G.O.Ms.No.78, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 25.05.2009 in respect of right to collect fees from the users of the paid toilet situated at Ward No.20, Narayanappa Thottam, 2nd Lane, Royapuram, Chennai - 600 013 for the years 2010-2011, 2011-2012.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
