This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint dated 02.02.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.02.2018, a C.S.R.No.30 of 2018 was assigned. On 04.02.2018, both the parties were called and their statements were recorded and on that day itself, they arrived at compromise and the complaint dated 02.02.2018 was closed. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
