ORDER

This petition is filed to call for records and set aside the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3004 of 2008 in C.C.No.254 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore.

2. Crl.M.P.No.3004 of 2008 was filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C for recalling PW1 to PW6 and PW8 for the purpose of cross https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination. The trial Court considered the rival submissions and dismissed the petition in Crl.M.P.No.3004 of 2008. Therefore, this present petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the main case in C.C.No.254 of 2011 was disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Cuddalore on 27.03.2018.

4. In view of the disposal of the main case, that is, C.C.No.254 of 2011, nothing survives in this petition. Thus, this Criminal Original Petition in CRL.O.P.No.27645 of 2016 is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
