Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent dated 13.11.2018 in Na.Ka.No.C2/902/2018, Team order No.1115/2018, quash the same and consequentially to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 22.11.2018 of the petitioner in permitting the petitioner to continue the quarters at the third respondent battalion.
