..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent comprised in its impugned demand dated 12.08.2008 bearing Ref.No.AC/2008/436/437/438 and quash the same as being arbitrary and illegal and consequently directing the respondents to forthwith refrain from making any unsolicited supplies of films to the petitioner or make any further demands in respect of rentals for films and to forthwith refund the entire deposit amount of Rs.68,000/- paid by the petitioner.
