Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the vacant plot of the petitioner bearing No.32 measuring about 1200 sq.ft situated at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.F.No.814/A, Onnalvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on her representation dated 19.02.2018.

3. Heard both sides.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
