Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from any way permitting the 5th respondent to continue as Headmaster of the 6th respondent's School and consequently not to accord permission to the 5th respondent to retire as Headmaster of the 6th respondent's School on 31.05.2010 in pursuance to representation made by the petitioner dated 09.04.2008, 15.04.2008, 26.04.2008 and 30.04.2010.
