ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Muniapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu viz., Vijayalakshmi, aged about 16 years secured by the Police and handed over to her parents. Now, the detenu is living with her parents and not under illegal detention.

It is further brought to the notice of this Court that the Police Authorities altered the Sections in the criminal case. Therefore, the case registered may go on by following due process. In the result, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of. [S.M.S., J.] [M.J.R., J.] 30.01.2025 Index :
