This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property at No.13, Mandapam Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 to an extent of 1 ground 1415 Sq.ft.

2. The petitioner sought for patta on the strength of the sale deed. Without going into the merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the Revenue documents in support of his claim before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2010 on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
