ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 3rd respondent to pay arrears of encashment of sick leave in the credit of the petitioner accumulated from the date of their appointment till 1.09.1998 with interest @ 4 percent per annum from the date of retirement till the date of payment of such amount to the respective petitioners individually.
2. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 22.04.2024, 18.07.2025, 26.07.2025 and 12.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.04.2024, 18.07.2025, 26.07.2025 and 12.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
