O R D ER Heard Mr.Swami Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for petitioners, Mr.C.Iyyappan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and Mr.A.Gokul Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.

2. The Criminal Original Petition was referred for mediation by an order dated 16.03.2016. By the untiring efforts of the dedicated mediators, the parties were able to enter into an agreement dated 23.03.2016. For better appreciation, the entire agreement is quoted herein below:

-Vs- The Inspector of Police, -Respondent Mannarugudi Town Police Station, Thiruvarur District, Cr.No.410/2016.

Counsel Name : M/s.Swami Subramanian, Advocate for Petitioner. Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Govt.Advocate for Respondent. Both sides, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side have agreed as follows: 1.

The Defacto Complainant paid a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and twenty five thousand only) towards full and final settlement to the 1st Petitioner and 1st Petitioner acknowledges the receipt of the same.

Defacto Complainant has agreed that he has received all his jewel worth 15 sovereigns and the original land document pertaining to his land from the 1st Petitioner. 3.

The Defacto complainant agrees to withdraw the complaint in Cr.No.410/2016 pending before the Inspector of Police, Mannarugudi Town Police Station, Thiruvarur District. 4.

Both parties agree that they have no further claim against each other.
