ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2023 and survey the land situated in War No.22, Block No.15, T.S.No.12/24, Site No.16 at Masque Street, Mettur Taluk, Salem District to the extent of 1966 Sq.ft. and lay the boundary stones.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that after giving notice, survey was conducted today. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted that survey has been done today.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
