ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned e-Tender Notice dated 13.01.2026 issued by the first respondent and consequently to conduct a fresh tender after issuing Site Visit Inspection Certificate to the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner-company submitting an application before the second respondent for obtaining Site Visit Certificate, the second respondent is evading to issue the said certificate. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

3. Ms.R.L.Keerthika, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the Site Visit Certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 23-01-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order DS To:
