PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 06.08.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all the consequential benefits. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 06.08.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate petitioner in service with all the consequential benefits. 2.Despite giving sufficient opportunities to the petitioner, petitioner is not present. There is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen from the impugned order that petitioner has the right of appeal against the impugned order to the Association of St.Christopher's College of Education within 15 days from the date of receipt of that order. It appears that without availing the appeal remedy, petitioner had directly approached this Court. In view of no representation for the petitioner, 2/4

this Court disposes this Writ Petition giving liberty to petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order with the Association of St.Christopher's College of Education. If such an appeal is filed, the Association of St.Christopher's College of Education, namely, the fourth respondent is directed to entertain the appeal and dispose the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the appeal. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
