Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.Nos.814/2017 & 328/2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DR.G.KRISHNAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioners(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) (IN BOTH THE PETITIONS)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The records have been received from the Trial Court and the typed set of papers are also made ready and the appeals are listed for arguments and this Court is inclined to hear the appeals itself. But learned counsel for the appellants are not ready to argue the appeals.
