There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last two dates of hearing, i.e., on 2.8.2019 and 6.8.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the order dated 6.8.2019, it is reflected that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and so also on the last date, i.e., 2.8.2019, there was no representation and hence, the case be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 8.8.2019.
