This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 20/10/2020 and consequently, provide electricity connection to the petitioner's premises situated at No.35/12, Bade Sahib Street, Thalayatham, Gudiyattam, Vellore District, comprised in S.No.792/5 admeasuring an extent of 2.55 cents.

2. Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board submits that representation of the petitioner was rejected and a detailed order was passed, on 29/11/2020. He would further submit that if the petitioner is having any grievance, he ought to have challenged the order passed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order dated 29/11/2020 has not been served upon the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Electricity Board, this writ petition is closed. Learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board is directed to serve a copy of the order, dated 29/11/2020, enabling the petitioner to challenge the order, if he is so advised. No costs.
