PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of dismissal from service passed by the 3rd respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. A3/ PR.34/ 2016 dated 28.03.2017 and the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. Pp.Ma.Mu.24/ 17 dated 06.06.2017 and the modification of punishment as Compulsory retirement by the 1st respondent herein in his proceedings Rc.No. 005643/ AP.IV91/ 2018 dated 02.08.2018 and quash the Page No.1 of 4

same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service together with all consequential service and monetary benefits. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner died during the pendency of the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken steps to contact the legal heirs of the deceased employee and inspite of his effort, he could not be able to secure instructions for the purpose of continuing the writ petition.

2. This being the submission made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, the legal heirs of the deceased employee are at liberty to reopen the writ petition. No costs.
