ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents 1and 2 submitted that the offending portion has been removed and incidentally, a writ petition has been filed by the 3rd respondent in W.P.No.10903 of 2017 which is still pending.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the Corporation of Chennai, we do not wish to pass any order. This writ petition stands closed accordingly. If the petitioner has still got any further grievance, it is well open to him to filed an application seeking to implead himself as a party respondent in the pending writ petition in W.P.No.10903 of 2017. No costs.
